This session is something I’ve been dreaming about for at least 2 years. One day I had a thought:
Wouldn’t it be awesome to film a baby in the first few weeks of life, again in the middle of the year and once more near their birthday? Then at the end of the year, I could combine the footage into one HECK of a film. Baby photographers have been doing grow-with-me sessions for years… why not videographers too?
Personally, this kind of film would be something I know I’d treasure For. Ever. I finally put out a model call to make this happen, while I’ve been doing a lot of my own baby filming. I immediately knew I wanted to work with Danielle.
We love traveling and exploring the world. Family and friends are everything. We have waited though many seasons to be able to finally annouce that we are pregnant. It hasn’t always been an easy road, but we’ve been blessed beyond measure with the 2 we are no expecting.
You caught that, right? Twins?! A girl that values friends, family and travel? Someone who has been desperately waiting for a family… this girl could be me! I know that kind of pain. Unexplained infertility is a hard road to walk down, indeed. I felt the tug that this family needed this session.
These little men came a month or so early due to some complications in which Donnie was growing well and Leroy wasn’t. After Donnie got to come home by himself, Leroy had to stay in the hospital and grow, grow grow. I was able to come film their newborn session when Leroy had only been home 3 days. What a privilege. I hope you enjoy this session, and stick around to watch these little men grow!
