The Flynn Famiy | Notre Dame, IN Photographer
A new challenge is always good, right? This session was a little different than a normal session for me. This family wanted to take pictures at Notre Dame because Dad was graduating with his PhD after 5 years of hard work. So the campus became almost like a 5th member of the group. Certain special places were just as important as the family pictures. While I usually tell people not to worry about the backgrounds, that beautiful pictures are possible in a parking lot if the light is right and connections are there… this time I wanted to make sure I got those great pictures and the right backgrounds for the family.
While shy little Aoife (Ee-fuh) had trouble cracking a smile for me, I eventually did get a beaming toothy grin. The rest of the family had NO troubles with that. Mom and dad have the best smiles! Smiles for Miles!
Aoife and Moira are twin 18 month old girls who keep their parents nice and busy! To quote mom, “Moira is pure chaos and loves running around, climbing on furniture, carrying her stuffed bunny everywhere, and stealing toys from poor Aoife (who is so sweet and lets it happen).” Bun, the bunny, made an apperance in almost every picture and Moira did show her daredevil side, leaping off the stairs at one point (into Dad’s waiting arms!).
Gabe and Erin want to remember how funny they are, how they are always tryign to make each other laugh, and how life is “so, so fun” with these two dolls in it.
Enjoy some of my favorites from this fun family session. This first one cracks me up. Two twin girls pointing in two different directions. I bet this is what parenting twins feels like! Haha!
