That’s right! I said hospital session.
For 9 months, Amber has been hoping that COVID restrictions would loosen up enough for a photographer to be allowed in the hospital to capture those precious few hours of life. At the very last appointment, they updated the guidelines. She could have 2 visitors. Total. One was her husband. Guys… I was the other one. (Cry face, cry face, cry face, cry face.)
What a ridiculous honor and responsibility. I am truly humbled and I hope I was worth it! Ha! It was so fulfilling to be on call for a hospital session again. I loved getting those updates and being the first one (!!!) to meet the new arrival.
She’ll be back on the blog soon, because we have a 2 week session at the house coming up, and another in 6 months. You’ll get to watch her grow with us. <3 Man, I’m feeling all kinds of lucky with this session, and these people.
